Recently installed a new SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services instance for reporting
Went to the URL using the account I used to install and received the following error:
The permissions granted to user <username> are insufficient for performing this operation (rsAccessDenied).
Solution is to Run Internet Explorer as Administrator.
Tried to request a new Certificate from the Enterprise Certificate Authority and received the following error:
Your Certificate Request was denied.
Error Constructing or Publishing Certificate.
The solution is to restart the Certificate Authority service as it looked like it had got itself into a bind. Now you will be able to get create your certificate.
